Today we have an online reflection session

And call each of us to reflect our experience of the whole week
Everyone shared their school activities, classroom procedures and other important things happend their school
After that the session was ended
On 08/12/2023 third week reflection was conducted at general seminar hall.
Our Principal Riju John gave an introduction speech and welcomed us all.

Finally Riju sir asked teachers to come forward and share their experience about the observations they had in the previous class.
Praveena Teacher,Kavya Teacher,Akhil Sir,Kripa Teacher,and Sheeja Teacher came forward for observations.
At last riju sir concluded the session.
Representatives from different schools have different experiences in the past week all of them had elections similarly some schools had teens club inaugration and programs related to it.Most of them are facing difficulty in classroom management. Most of them shared same experiences about the past week.
Similarly teachers had a good experience in observing our classes as all of them shared their experiences mostly teachers said that students are facing difficulty in time management and classroom management.Sheeja teacher told that some students were only showing ICT and taking the class based on what is shown.All teachers quoted positives and negatives of the teacher trainees they observed while observing their classes.
Overall it was a very good session we learned many things.
