“Yoga is the practice of quieting the mind”
Today marked the 8th day of our teaching practice phase 2. It was international yoga day, and our school organized several events and yoga practices, both at the police station and within the school.
Our school's SPC cadets marched to the police station in Kottarakara and visited the D.Y.S.P. of police. Under the guidance of the police officers, they participated in a yoga session conducted on the police station premises.
At our school, a yoga practice session was held in the auditorium from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. It was a significant and wonderful program organized by our school. That's all for today

Challenges that faced on this week
Today marked the beginning of our teaching practice phase 2. We arrived at St. Mary's HSS Kizhakkekara at 9 am and immediately began our morning duties, which made for a positive start to this phase of our school-based practical experience. After our duties, we recorded our attendance in the headmaster's office.
I was assigned to teach class 8I under the mentorship of Shynimol teacher. My first session took place during the sixth period, where my mentor introduced me to the class. Today was a very good day for us, marking a new beginning and providing a new experience as a teacher. The school gave us a wonderful opportunity to grow as educators and contribute to creating a better future.
